Volusion won't refund money that is stated in their terms and conditions. If you just like me didn't read thier terms and conditionys thinking if they are the best and name number 1 company that would have a refund policy based on how long used their product and services... I created and account and paid the amount in full then within a few minutes I was not happy with the product so I called, chat live with support agent and they were not helpful in doing a refund and mostly explain if they have a refund policy. I was told to create ticket(s) to start the process and l didn't got replys but nobody explain or told me they don't do refunds. A week past and then gto contact saying no refund for trying,building the webstore or actually going live is not subject to refund. I tell you all they -volusion must updated thier terms and condition to realize most customers are not going to be happy with thier product and services. This company is a big rip off. They are a waist of time plus sayking they are their 24/7 but take a week to reply back. I created my ticket(s) to request refund on Wednesday the same day I created and paid for the product. This company is a rip off. I advise to all ask about refund policy to save time. If company don't offer refund are not the best to claim as they are... Volusion is the biggest mistake in my lifetime.
