Vonage advertises unlimited phone calls to mexico for 39.99 however no such thing  , they force you to use a $99.99 plan  they mentioned first that calls were excessive , then that some calls were made after hrs like  3am 4 am ? i told him this is a joke , he said that those are rules in all phone companies in the usa , then they said is an unknown reason to the person talking to me , why they changed my plan to $99. per month , this is false advertising . then this poor polite agent tells me i owe over $243 dollars? i told him he was crazy , then he changed the tune to $143? i mean this people are pathetic , and they must be stopped , so this ripoff practice is no longer used by them .
