I can't begin to describe the frustration company like this make me feel, first they tell you that they have credible deals such as low monthly payments with unlimited plans at a reasonable monthly fee, but then again, we as customers won't be able to know all the "secrets' of the trade, right? so they failed to let me know a few things that made me cancell the service, among one of the "failures" were the fact that the international rates were higher then what they said in the begining of the conversation before the contract was made, then they ommited the fact that you will only recive or make calls from the device you'll be installing to your computer and if something fails in the internet you wont be able to achive a good quality call or not even to make or recive calls at all, then the worst part is that in the beginning the representative may "fail" to pinpoint the fact that if you are not satisfied with the service or the product you'll pay to return the item wich is the connector to the internet that will allow you to have service with them, and it is automaticlly charged to your credit card or debit card or bank account in order to cancell it and only if THEY say the device was in the same shape as they sent it (double edge wording), so as you may see this may not appeal as fradualent proccedures, but the fact remains that in failling to revel all the pro'e and con's of the offer you won't be able to make a precise and correct decision for the ommitance, either on purpose or not of the individual's actions at the time of the deal. Which it makes that a bad bussiness approach from the begining and as a rsult the consequences make this company an untrustfull company due to the fact that it's employees aren't well trained or viceverse...they are indeed way to well trained. you make your own conclusions but as for me like I told them --:" instead of making me a Happpy camper, you've rotten my willingfulness to believe that there are still companies with good bussiness practices."-- I hope you won't be a victim of a company that fails to make transitions smoothes and then they make it worst to get out. Be careful.!!!
