We tried Vonage for a week. I own a VERY busy automotive business in Sacramento CA and this phone system just does not work. We missed countless calls. When customers have called in they reported of our phone just ringing, not going to voice mail or a busy tone.

Avoid Vonage. I wish someone could have warned us about this company..

Now to top this all off they can not release our phone number for 24 hours.. Geez. Really. Isn't this 2010.. Come on..
