Deceptive advertising no contracts and then charge $40.00 deactivation fee even after more than one year of service. Refuse to give proper addresses to send back equipment, complaint letters or send in payments. Always refer to customer service phone number which is difficult to navigate and long waiting times. Only allow one type of payment via credit card. I had to cancel the account in order to disable auto billing. I want to pay the final bill, but my access to my account was cut off and they threaten collections and entries against my credit rating. I cannot get the final bill and where to send the payment as I no longer trust giving them any personal account information.
