Vonage is the type of company that pretends to be there for the "small businessman" but the reality is that they feed off the small businessman and spit them out.  They have absolutely no intention of helping the small businessman.  They will drain you of the last dollor in your account and not let you out of your "aggreement" without paying a fee.  They just want to continue to take their monthly fees and not help anyone but themselves.
