AND I READ THE WHOLE TERM AND CONDITION PAGE .. AND IT NEVER SAYS THAT IT WILL BE LIMITED TO 3000 MINUTE.. WHILE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON WAS WITH ME ON PHONE. AND THEY WAS HAVING ONE LINE THAT ITS IN THE OTHER TERM AND CONDITIONS .. WHICH I THINK U WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE WHILE TO SIGN UP.
THIS IS TOTALLY FRAUD.
I TALK TO THE CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE AND THEN TALKED TO ACCOUNT MANAGER NAME AS MARRY AFTER TALKING TO THEM FOR 1 HOUR THEY WANTED TO TALK TO ME TO THEIR USAGE REPRESENTATIVE AND THEY PUT ME ON HOLD.... AND THEY NEVER CAME ON LINE I BEEN WAITING FOR THE CALL WHILE BEING ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTE...
THINK BEFORE YOU GO TO THE VONAGE... IT WILL BE A TRAP..!!!
