Voyager High Speed Ferry St Martin - St Barts Ripped us off. Cancelled ferry. didn't refund money Marigot, Internet

We booked the voyager ferry to transfer from st. martin to st barts, as the last planes had left for the day on our initial arrival, we got a roundtrip ticket for the ride back as well.

We paid, and they emailed us boarding passes.

We then get an email some days later saying that the trip we confirmed was being "modified", in other words, cancelled. They offered some other, completely different itineraries, none of which suited our flight and travel plans.

We booked a plane instead, and emailed them asking them to refund our return trip. To our shock and dismay, they actually refused! They said they didn't cancel they "modified" the trip.

Well, what a load of crap, the woman, Veronique, seems pretty dim on the evolutionary scale of intelligent beings, so we stopped arguing and just charged back the transaction with our CC company, but BEWARE!
