Vudu.com is a scam, and unfortunately they partnered with Walmart.com on preorders of DVD's and Blu-Rays.
I can't believe Walmart woudl partner with such a TERRIBLE firm.
Here's the jist:
1 - Buy a "PreOrder" DVD / BLU-RAY dics at Walmart Store, before the DVD is available.
2 - Got to vudu.com to "enter your code" and get a disc mailed to you.
3 - Must register first, and they even ask for your credit card, even though you already paid for something at a Walmart Store
4 - you can skip entering your credit card
5 - Now try and find where to enter your Code that you paid for in a store . . guess, what, you can't.
6 - Call the number listed on the website.
7 - Press 1 regarding your Walmart Pre Order
8 - This transfers you to a new menu.
9 - Press 1 again regarding your Walmart Pre Order
10 - This TRANSFERS YOU BACK TO THE ORGINAL MENU! And Enless Loop.
Ok, so you try the special Walmart # on the website, specifically for pre-orders. Guess what? It's the SAME LOOP that you could not get out of.
11 - Try to return the item to Walmart
12 - Walmart says they can't take open packages of DVD's with codes.
13 - Poof, you are out of money.
SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Walmart if it has VUDU!
