W M LogLine Corp MYSTERY SHOPPER INTERNET SCAM Bentonville, Arkansas

On 11/23/12 I recieved a check in the mail from W. M. Logline Corp for the amount of $1795.33. The bank is Wachovia Bank NA out of Charlotte NC.  The letter at first seemed legit accept for the fact there was no return address on the envelope or the letter. The letter says 702 Bentonville Arkansas 72716 no street address to be found. There is a name on the bottom of the letter that says Mary White Director of Opperations, the signature does not match that name. 

This company says they are associated with Best Buy, Ikea, Walmart, Sears, Costso, Home Depot, Pizza Hut, and Western Union, We didn't understand how you could be a secret shopper with Western Union. 

They stress in the letter the check has to be deposited into a regular bank account to receive the funds.  We took the check to a local bank that we do not have an account with to check it out. They refused to let us open an account with it or cash it after they did some checking on it.  They told us to go home and do some of our own research regarding the company.  Thank god we did because we could find nothing accept the reports on Ripoff.com.

 Thank you for the reports on this site or we may have ended up SCAMED also and in debt that we cant afford to pay. If anyone else recieves one of these checks report it so all the good people they send them too do not also get scammed.
