W Talent Now Doing Business As United Talent Group This is a scam Salt Lake City Utah

I took my 15 year old daughter to an open call audition at W Talents new office in December of 2008. We were called back for another "look see" by Kendra Charls the "New Faces Talent Agent" on the 22nd of December of 2008 at which time we signed up for the Teen Mode ling Package for 6 months of "modeling classes". I paid out to her the $324.00 registration fee and processing fee, and signed a contract for these so called modeling classes to the tune of monthly payments of $166.88 for 6 months.

At the time of the contract signing i explained to Kendra Charls that my daughter suffers from a medical condition that requires her to take medication for severe pain that renders her unconcious. We went home and decided due to a serious flare right after chirstmas that she would not be physically able to persue this i contacted via email and phone Kendra Charls, the Hr Department etc. that we needed to cancel the contract and requested that they not charge my checking account for the payments. As my daughters "membership" was not to begin until January 1st of 2009, and we had not received any services from the company it should be null and void. However, on February 5th of 2009 my checking account was charged $166.88 by the billing company Paramount Acceptance.

When i called Paramount Acceptance i was told that they were billing me for a gym membership. I never signed up for a gym membership. No where on the contract that i signed does it say it is a gym membership. I have been in contact with Chad at W Talent who i am told is a supervisor there. I sent a fax to him regarding all of this as well as a copy of the original email and a doctors note stating that my daughter is being treated for the ongoing medical condition. I was told by phone today March 2nd 2009 by Chad that he would contact Paramount Acceptance to cancel the automatic payment but they would not refund any of the orginal $324.00 registration and processing fee or the $166.88 payment i was charged in February even though i had requested it back in December of 2008 to not have my account charged. Beware of this company they are not who say they are. You are charged for a gym membership when there is no gym, nor does it state that it is for a gym membership on the contract.They have been bought up by another group called United Talent Group. I am not familiar with this new company, i do know that the same "talent agents" and "supervisors" are still there. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS GROUP THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
