As an outspoken employee I was many times called a whistleblower at WALMART/2111.During my 11 years of employment I contacted all of the names listed above by hand written letters,faxes,phone calls,and certified mail concerning the open racism in the store, and the favortism over whites.When I would speak to home office they would be very nasty to me and would often try ending the call while I was still trying to make a complaint.I then started seding faxes,letters, and after no response I then used certifed mail to prove that even if yhey would not respon I legally knew they had received my letters.At the same time from 2002-2011 I was also filing repeated charges with the EEOC office in Bham and Washington DC.Where I spoke with more than 20 investigators and each time they woukd tell the employer of my charge filing the retaliation would get more and more intense for me in my daily work schedules and I would report that to the EEOC as well.Having to work in a hostile bullying environment for years finally took its tole on me when I was diagnosed with WORKPLACE TRAUMA where I was taken off work and put on anti-depressants.When I was medically able to return to work the hostility and the bullying continued this time they tried to use a black manager to carry out their efforts to continue bullying me.I reported this in detail to the EEOC as well and nothing was done,I even had an investigator by the name of MR RON LYAS to hang up in my face as I was still asking him about my charge.I reported him to the INSPECTOR GENERAL nothing was done.

As a last cry for help to stop the mobbing behavior towards me I filed a case in FEDERAL COURT against my employer,they were served by the courts on OCTOBER 19,2011 I was then terminated on 12-20-2011.The most ultimate retaliation had finally taken place by the store manager MR CHARLES GLENN SMITH. to whom was very racist towards me since day one as I filed my first charge of discrimination on him for hiring an elderly white male by the name of MR WILLIAM BILLY EAST off the street to do a job I was already doing and asked me to train him.MR SMITH and WALMART black balled me from that day forward by doing things like not allowing me to have a fan or water when I worked outside.I reported this behavior to OSHA in JUNE/2003 THE COMPLAINT #203841648 the duty officers name was (TONYA) and the area director at the time was a MR ROBERTO SANCHEZ.

Again this made MR SMITH furious with me as an employee from this point on I suffered enormous amounts of bullying and mobbing over the next 8 years. MR SMITH made sure that I would never be promoted to a salaried manager but many times was told and expected to train the new managers hired off the street.I reported MR SMITH in a 5 page document in 2007 for an act against company policy to the EEOC and HOMEOFFICE and like all the other complaints no one did any thing...but when MR SMITH accused me of the same in 2011 I was terminated??? whats worse is that my unemployment benefits were denied by ALABAMA.The corruption through the state needs reporting as well due to the the fact that the state allows companies to operate under the laws that they are to be treated the same.When this does not happen how can they deny an employee money they took from them in the first place without their say.I welcome any and all attorneys and media people that would like more information on this torture trust me i have it along with the names of witnesses from the EEOC as well.....
