This is a serious scam!  They have only been in business since late Fall of last year and already 189 complaints. Those are just the ones reported. Just read the Better Business Bureau complaints. This company never pays a claim cause they USE LOOP HOLES to deny the claims. They say they cover major components of your car when they breakdown, but first you must obtain prior approval and then they grill your mechanic as to which part of the component is the cause of the breakdown.

Then they may even send an inspector to verify and in the meantime your vehicle is disabled or you have paid the mechanic to break down the component. THEN YOU FIND OUT YOUR CLAIM IS  DENIED because they don't cover some small part to that component! I CAN DO WITH OUT THAT FRUSTRATION AND HEADACHE. Do NOT buy this warranty It takes forever to get your deposit back (if you cancelled within the 30-day window).  Remember "Ian can help you" , he answer all calls; sales, claims, cancellation, just-any-kind-a-question.  Sounds like a-one-man-shop.
