DO NOT EVER BUY FROM OR REFER ANYONE TO WARWICK AUTO SALES IN MAGNOLIA NJ.
I got my car there 8/18. My temp tag/registration expired 9/10 and I STILL do not have my tags. They have refused to give me another temp tag till they come in. I have been without a car for almost 2 weeks and these ASSHOLES hang up on me when I call to see if they're in yet. I've filed complaints with the BBB, Atty Gen, and the NJDMV. Per the DMV they were REQUIRED to issue my temp tag for 30 days (which they didn't) and if my tags weren't done by time the tag expired, they were REQUIRED to issue me another temp until they came in. They insist it's against the law for them to do so, but I doubt VERY HIGHLY the manager or the DMV dealer division would lie to me about it. They are rude and obnoxious (especially LINDA and MANNY) and have done nothing but lie to me since the contract was signed. The owner was all over making the sale, but I have YET to get him on the phone since this has started. Do urself a favor and NEVER buy from these SCAM ARTISTS. All they want is ur $. They don't give a s**t about the customer AT ALL!

Im sorry that the you feel like Warick autosales hasnt treated you up to par we try very hard to treat all of our customers with the upmost respect and kindness. You had purchased the car from warwick autosales on 8-12-14 and the 30 day temp tag expired on 9-10-14, temp tag are printed off the computer from a state of NJ web sit there is no way the experation date can be picked, it is assigned. Once you purchased a car we are responsible to pay the taxes out of courtesy we give you 25 days to pay us .As far as the owner avoiding you goes thats not true the owner wasnt here when you made your purchase he was on vacation the only contact the owner has had with you is yesterday when your husband came in and the owner helped you out. As for me Manny lieing to you i have never lied to you im sorry you feel that way but here at warwick auto sales we dont lie we've been here 28 years and that being honest and helpful in every way possible. Warwick autosales strives on keeping our customers happy, we do apologize for the inconvenience and hope to build a great relationship from this point on.

The 30 day validity period for resident temp tags and the 20 day validity for non-resident temp tags are set by statute and remain the same (N.J.S.A. 39:3-4(c) and 39:3-4 (b) respectively) The ability to only issue a second resident temp tag based on circumstances is set by statue and the allowable reasons remain the same. It is still prohibited by statute to issue a second non-resident temp tag.
