WAMU has since sold my account to Arrow Financial Services and Blatt Hasenmiller Leibsker & Moore, who have filed a civil action and entered a judgement against me, doesn't even have the facts. They continually call my home, even appeared at my residence at 6:45am utilizing abusive behavior to gain contact with myself. This is the negligence of WAMU that has caused this chain of events, and the negligence of Arrow Financial & Blatt Hasemiller to not fully investigate all channels before taking action. WAMU, ARROW FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC, AFS HOLDINGS LLC & Blatt Hasenmiller Leibsker & Moore LLC are all accountable.

You have at least one violation of FDCPA law
AUTHOR: Red - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, April 14, 2009
POSTED: Tuesday, April 14, 2009WaMu was purchased by Chase in Sept 2008. So who actually owned the debt at the time the suit was filed?
You must have been taken to court in order for them to get a judgement against you. Did you appear in court? Did you file responses against their complaints? There are numerous companies right now who are filing suits against people in hope they will default. (Not show up for court, fail to provide a written response to a MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGEMENT, etc.)
In any case, the fact that 2 people came to your house at 6:45 AM is a violation of the FDCPA law. It is worth up to $1000.00. You should google FDCPA. Read it carefully. They probably made other violations as well. Each violation is worth $1000.00.
This is extremely important: Do not default in your payments to them for the judgement. If you do, they can and WILL garnish your wages, and bank accounts.
There are many consumer advocate attorney's who will review your case free. Some will actually represent you free. Go to www.budhibbs.com. They have a lot of information about Arrow. You can email them for advise. They can direct you to a website for consumer advocate attorneys. Also check out Clark Howards website. You can call in or email them for advise.
I don't know if you can get the judgement removed but it is worth looking into.
Try to get them for the FDCPA violation. Did anyone else witness this occurence?
You can file in small claims court, and you do not have to have an attorney represent you.
Good luck!
