Angie & Tim Kennard, owners of WDWTravels continue their practice of collecting commission money earned by their agents from Disney and other vendors but not paying their agents. Some are owed commission well over a year despite having signed contracts with many that say they will be paid within 120 days. When anyone asks where their commission money is, they are attacked in emails, get fired and have negative comments made about them to other agents. Even with written proof from Disney that WDWTravels was paid, the Kennards still don't pay their agents. More proof that they are keeping and using the money owed to agents is a recent trip they took on the new Disney ship for "training". They have the money to take their family of 5 on this cruise but not pay people for over a year. Facebook entries from Angie also show that she spent $80-$100 each on custom outfits for her kids just for this trip. The lawsuit filings also keep continuing and it seems that they are using agent money to pay their legal fees as well. Their website shows quite a few new agents who will sadly not realize until it is too late that they will never see their money.
