I have in the past been a customer of web.com before they acquired the new name. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told "it don't work like that here"

I have as Ethel suggested went to Vista.com and have attached a logo, please incorporate by your company design team. My phone works fine that is the first time I have had a compliant but I will call the provider, they do not charge a service call and the respond in all cases the same day or first thing the next day 7 days a week. You as a corporation have a responsibility to you your clients 24/7 support as we in the business world operate 24/7. I will not publish until all changes are completed. I do thank you for your response. The designers should be empowered to contact the customer when not certain what to do. I think the site overall presented is a C-. I will only accept an A+.
