WEE WATCHERS DAYCARE - COLLEEN RAMOSSETI THE MONEY AND RESPECT, WHERE HAS IT GONE? NEW PORT RICHEY, Florida

I just want to be the first to report that this daycare is no longer in business for obvious reasons this business was closed down. The new preschool that took over the building is in NO way affiliated with the previous tenants and renovated the building completely to remove the filth that this business left behind. If you would like to see how a preschool really should be run, feel free to stop by anytime and see the difference. The new preschool at this location is called Discover My World Preschool and is an amazing and high quality center that takes the needs of children and their staff very seriously. I just wanted to be sure that this was updated to let any interested persons know that Wee Watchers has been closed down. I absolutely agree with the report that was written. This daycare is so unstable an unorganzed and beyond disfunctional. I worked there from May 21st 2012 to June 19th 2012. And never recieved a pay check until June 20th and I was only paid for a week worth of work! The following week i got another check only worth less then a week of work. Then they told me I had to wait until the end of July to get my 3rd check an every check I got kept decreasing they didn't even pay me for the hours  worked. The owner pays employees the last 2 mondays of the month so they say but she pays whenever she has it. An they write personal checks not even pay stubs.  

Also she was in the food program when I was there an was like 2 or 3 thousand dollars in debt for it an she called an employee meeting to tell us that we were going to have to do a garage sale or bake sale or something of that matter because she wasn't going to be able to pay everyone. They are also understaffed they are always over ratio an she will send whatever kids in whatever other class so that they will be in ratio because the owner never wants to actually be there she puts the work on everyone else.

She also works her employees like slaves you have to do dishes everyday an scrub the classrooms and toilets and the place is still disgusting! They have flies everywhere all around the food an the place is so small an dusty and gross no matter how well you try and clean! And the VPK class are full of bad kids who don't listen and hit other kids an teachers but all they care about is a check. Also if parents don't pay when they are supposed to then employees don't get paid.

And another thing, the whole time I was working there the owner NEVER did a background check on me even when I gave her the information to get it from my previous employer. And all of the employees talk about the owner behind her back. She is unstable and is not capable of running a business. What kind of so called Christian treats people like that? She is shady and she wants people to work for free. And she is very fake as soon as the parents or a stranger walks in she becomes a whole different person. With all this being said I have already filed a report with multiple people against the business and I want to warn everybody who considers sending their children there DON'T! You can see how dirty an trashy the place is from the moment you walk in. First Impressions are everything!
