WELLS FARGO AUTO FINANCE ADDED BOLBOA INS. ON MY LOAN AFTER SHOWING PROOF & DEPOSIT POSTDATED CK ON WRONG DATE MADE MY ACCT. WITHDRAWL Nationwide

Well first off i hate this damn finance company biggest mistake ever!!! Well number one problem back in nov. I did a postdated ck well these morons deposit my check before that time and withdrawled my acct. they apologized & offered to fix it well they had to because it was their f*** up.....I faxed all the paperwork they needed numerous of times & told them them that i wasnt going to pay my car note until my acct. got fixed..... well that didnt work they harrassed me until i paid now mind you my acct. still not fixed at this point theu give my husband & i the run around every single time.... Second problem back in nov. we changeds auto ins. we got out own & in the process WELLS FARGO sends me ONE NOTICE & ONE NOTICE ONLY ON NOV. 14 stating that if we didnt show proof WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE NOTICE THEY WILL ADD BOLBOA INS. TO MY POLICY & THEY WOULD START CHARGING ME ON MY NEXT SCEDULED PAYMENT....keep words THEY WILL.....ok cool w/ us we got that done & sent them proof.... we thought that was all said done & squared off.....

Ok Jan rolls around & hardtimes fall & we made our dec. payment late in jan. a couple days after the 10 grace period not a big deal b/c mind you our acct. is still not fixed from that postdated ck they deposit on the wrong date....& let me add when we spoke to diff. reps in this process they stated that they were going to waive all late fees on the acct. since they f***ed up....so at this point we shouldve have one late fee...but we have tons....Ok let me go on when my husband spoke to someone early in jan. he spoke to a supervisor & the supervisor told him to not worry that this was going to get taken care off & he supposely put our acct. on hold well they call did stop..... so 2 weeks go by still no fix calls came again and we paid our reg. schedule payment.....

Well 3 days after that payment got posted i get call from their collection dept left to right.....saying that we are 32 days passed due they were extremely rude & i just dont understand how they get all smart w/ you & treat you like shit & act like you are freaking fugitive they wont let you talk or explain yourself & they dont get in detail w/ why they are charging you....well it turns out that we are supposely 32 days past due b/c the payment that i made for dec. they went ahead & took out the ins. payment and left my principal balance short almost 200 dls.....we were like what we have ins. you even us a ins. cancelation paper....in which they didnt refund our full premium....I dont know what this people are smoking on and they get their training its very annoying & unneceassary to deal w/ this specially if you are not in wrong & they are....i have all my documatation thats backs me up they shouldnt be chraging me a penny for ins. or late fees.....i just hope this gets resolved soon but your options well you dont have many options b/c when ever you want to get directed to higher ups they dont do it or they come in no help.....

Well thing that ive gotten reading around and searching on the internet WELLS FARGO NEEDS TO SEND YOU 3 NOTICES ABOUT THEIR INS. BEING ADDED TO YOUR VEHICLE IN A PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS (1 NOTICE A MONTH) BEFORE THEY EVEN ADD THAT YOUR VEHICLE.....apprently they dont do that b/c i sure never got that.......Look for all key words on the documents that you do have from them.....we have to stop these f***ers from taking advantage of their customers.....i found a website for a lawyer firm that are investigating in cases like this to get WELLS FARGO AUTO FINANCE.....if enough people go & contact them on their site this might mean a CLASS SUIT let me know ill give you that link......well im done venting out & i dont feel like spell checking so if there is mispelled words ol'well.....lol
