Brooke Sloane Properties Inc. and Wendell Mark Sanders offered the property to my wife and me for lease with the option to purchase. Wendell Mark Sanders accepted money and authored an agreement on March 7th 2010 signed by Wendell Mark Sanders as president of International Investments of North America (now defunct) purported owner of property when at the time the property was actually owned by Brooke Sloane Properties Inc. Wendell Mark lied in order to secure money from my wife and me.

All moneys were deposited into Brook Sloane Properties account. Wendell Mark Sanders said his secretary would give my wife and me a copy of documents reflecting deposits, but never returned.

Wendell Mark Sanders is in the business of defrauding the unsuspecting public by promising property owners in foreclosure distress relief by renting or selling their property. They get the owners to name him as a trustee then renting the property without paying the mortgage.

After investigating I found out Mark Sanders had the property quick claimed to him from an associate of his who was about to start a 35 year prison sentence for drugs. He has been flipping the property ever since via quit claim deeds. He lies to the state saying there is no money owed so he does not pay doc stamps; the Department of Revenue is investigating him. He takes advantage of the fact the state lets anyone file a quit claim deed on any property without checking whether the grantor has any right to do so. He specializes in renting foreclosed property, keeping all the deposits and rent, while the bank and real owners twist in the wind. He operates all his purported large wealthy Corporations out of a mail box drop in New Tampa.
