Werner sucks big time, i went to the Fontana California terminal for orientation that was 2 days long, now the drug test and physical is a joke, here it is in the following order, first you do the drug test, then step on the scale to check your weight, then you go in another room and you read from an eye chart then you get your blood pressure checked, then your told to stand and touch a light above your head and thats the end of the physical. they sign a 2 year medical card regardless if your blood pressure is high or not. Then if the for some reason they disqualify you from working for them they wont pay you the 150 dollars orientation pay nor will they let you have the medical card. The only good thing is that they will pay for your bus ticket back home, but they treat experienced drivers like newbie truck schooling drivers in orientation, They say WERNER CARES thats their motto, but bottom line is WERNER DOES NOT CARE. WERNER SUCKS. you are just a number and nothing more.

I seriously have doubts about the legality of their methods for the eye exam. When I was in Fontana I was sitting in the tiny room waiting for my physical. There were three people ahead of me who were waiting to take their piss test. While waiting for the piss test, everyone is sitting about 2-6 feet from the eye chart. And since everyone is being processed one after another in 5 minute intervals, any idiot can easily memorize the line required for the eye chart. My eye sight isn't the best, and I barely pass eye exams at a legit office by the skin of my teeth, but I certainly didn't break a sweat with this physical. A blind person could of passed that exam.
