When we bought into Westgate - Planet Hollywood - Las Vegas, we bought a two bedroom suite.  When we used it the first time, we got a 'Studio' room.   We confronted them at that time and got a total runaround. They showed us in our contract, and that was what we bought.  But they are conivers and cheats and tell you one thing and can make you believe anything!! But if we paid alot more money we could have that two bedroom. 

We wrote to Westgate, Westgate President, and the president of timeshares for Westgate.   We got a letter basically saying "too bad, so sad"  we can nothing for you!  Now it is owned by Hilton and the fee's have doubled.  We were told that if we rent now, we will be strong armed into upgrading to Hilton's standards. 

 We know that we were totally ripped off.  And are now in a corner.  We can't sell the timeshare, and we can't just let it go because if we do not pay the maintenance fee's, they will come after us.  And every penny we put into it now is like rubbing salt in our wounds. 

We kno know - DO NOT buy into a timeshare.  But its too late for us.  I hope this helps someone else.
