WESTRUX SERVICE DEPT.. REUSED MY ANTIFREEZE FROM MY TRUCK BUT CHARGING ME FOR 14 GALLONS. I STOOD THERE AND WATCHED THE MECHANIC SYPHON THE USED ANTIFREEZE BACK INTO THE RADIATOR. THE SERVICE MANAGER HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME THAT THEY POUR 14 GALLONS INTO THE SAME BUCKET THE CATCH WITH BECAUSE IT SAVES TIME. I ASK HIM DID HE HEAR HIMSELF TALK. ITS A RIPOFF AND I HOPE SOMEONE SEES THIS AND MAYBE WE CAN GET SOME TYPE OF ACTION GOING HERE. RIPOFF.COM PLEASE HELP. POMONA California

i went in for an overheating problem.  it seems my truck would not get worked on unless i was up there sitting in my rental car watching them.  I noticed that the mechanic used a syphon to reuse my antifreeze.  But when the bill came out they had charged me for 14 gallons of new antifreeze.  When i brought this up to the service manager he  told me that in order to save time, they pour 14 gallons out into a catch bucket and syphon it into the truck.  He stated that this would save time.   Hmmmm.  I had to ask him did he realize what he was saying. lol.  So for a simple radiator flush and pulley/belt replacement they want to charge me 1000. I ask what the charges were and he refigured it down to around 850.00  This is still way toooooo much for the work performed. with 4 hours of labor @ 121 per hour and a pulley which cost 71.00 some other shop cost, the total should be around 650.  Beware of this place.  And to think I am in the market for a new truck.  Guess that blows their chances.  Ripoff.com please help
