It's not fair to paint all Real Estate Sales People with the same brush. The majority of them are fair and eithical. However, not all the piranha's swim in water. There's always a snake oil salesperson type that thinks they can outsmart the general public. They operate in the gray and red area's of the law and ethics. My name is Tabetha Sibley. I am a Realtor-Associate here at White Diamond Realty.  I due apologize if you have ever had a bad experience with our company. I do have a problem with this content that you have written. One is that we are a very tight group of agents and I find it hard that you could have worked with the Theresa, Terisha, Helen, & Patty.  In Real Estate you typically work with just one agent.  Please tell me how you worked with all of them so I can better understand your situation. Each one of them are excellent agents.  As we all know in real estate we work on commission and for all 4 agents to be working with Bob would be stepping on one another's toes.  As agents of this company we strive for customer satisfaction and that requires answering our phones at all hours and being readily available to our customers. If we don't answer then business stops. So I just question the validity of this claim.

I don't know how Terisha Millers name got in this mix.  It certainly does not belong there.  I have worked with Terisha Miller.  I found her to be the most knowledgable, hard working, competent real estate agent I have ever worked with.  I loved working with her.  I would not buy a house from anyone but her for all she has done for me.  Every time I had a question she would either have an answer or get it for me.  She knew what she was talking about. No pressure just completely helpful.  She always answered my calls within minutes or texted me.  Please get her name out of this report.  It does not belong there.  I am a tough consumer and old fashioned in my values.  I am a loyal individual who will speak my mind when I need to, this is one of those times.  Thank you Terisha for all you have done for me. 

I have to agree with Bob on this one, as the other two were probably written by boyfriends or wives of the white diamond staff. I had a house fire in 2008 due to a lightning strike and was looking for another house to rent fast. White Diamond was just down the street on 19 and decided to stop in. The agent was nice dont get me wrong and says oh we have a house available for you. I told the agent of my situation and I was not going above $850 for a house. She gives me a house that is in the BFE section of Weeki Wachee on Scaulp Duck ave.The woman had the nerve to give me the keys to the house and not drive with me out there. Go to the house only to find out the woman gave me the wrong keys. I had to come back to the office to get the right ones and it was close to closing. She says oh we open back up tomorrow, you can bring them back then. I did end up liking the house. I thought was was very unprofessional and stupid for these people to give keys out to strangers but i shrugged it off. I came back to the office and had all my paperwork and security deposit check given to them. Two days go buy and the agent comes back to tell me, oh i'm sorry it's a short sale house and we cant rent it to you. However we have more houses that are in the $900-1100 a month range for you. After telling the woman no 10 times, I demanded my check back and told them to buzz off. This was partly due to the fact that when I asked her are the other ones you want me to look at to rent are short sales or forclosures in the process of being sold, she says I dont know. It's now 2010 and i'm looking for a house. When I told my real estate agent of this story, they said this isnt suprising for White Diamond to treat people that way and their short sales are the worst to sell. I had a friend write Teresa about one of her MLS listings and she says it is sold, but LO and Behold, it's still active and she's trying to weasel the highest bid regardless. A cut above the rest is their motto. HA! More like below the rest.

I have been buying and selling houses "by owner" for 20 years, I have had dealings with many realtors and real estate companies throughout the years. I moved to Hernando county a couple years ago and started buying and selling houses In this Area. I have dealt with several real estate companies around here and most were fine but I found White Diamond to be one of the best in the area, I don't know what Bob's problem was but it was not because of the professional service that White Diamond gives.

I know what I am doing and I have met a lot of bad Real Estate offices but White Diamond is not one of them, they are one of the most organized and professional real estate offices I have found in many years. Bob get a life, this time you are wrong. If you want someone to trash try finding a true loser and not make up stuff on a great company like the White Diamond Realty.

PS--Bob did you get evicted from a White Diamond rental for non payment?

Bob or Bod whatever your name is in Brooksville, I am sorry that you had a bad experience with this company. I on the other hand, had a wonderful experience with them and found this company to be a hard working and very reliable company. I have met all of the realtors, and by the way there are more there than the 4 you mentioned. Maybe you did not give them enough information and you gave them an impression of being a waste of time. I am sure that they get a lot of these - almost like "tire kickers" in the auto industry. Anyway, Theresa Tyner listed and sold my home in a very short time. She then went on and helped us find our dream home. My brother-in-law has used Patty Patrick and finds she is a very caring person.

Bob I think you must be an angry, grumpy old man. You should really put in your report all the circumstances, I find it disheartening that you would try to ruin the reputation of a company based on your own insignificant little experience, but then again your are a probably one of the people who are loosing your home and wanted them to perform a miracle and get you a beautiful new home. Consider this you really are insignificant. Get a life, change your own life.
