Purchased IPHONE 5 case on line on Jan.23,2013 that they claimed was a NEW LIFEPROOF case for a total of $62.94.
Case recieved and charging door was broken. Contacted Wholesale Factory no response. Attempted to register case on the LIFEPROOF SITE and could not as no front case serial number. Contacted LIFEPROOF on January 29,2013 and was told that Rear case Serial number is not theirs and they are aware of WHOLESALE FACTORY. That this case is counterfit and that their Legal Dept. was trying to get them off internet due to there fraudulent practices under their products name. THEY ARE NOT AN AUTHORIZED RESELLER OF ANY LIFEPROOF PRODUCT. PLEASE BUY YOUR CASES FROM LIFEPROOF ITSELF OR ONE OF THE LISTED RESELLERS THAT ARE AUTHORIZED that are POSTED ON THERE WEB SITE.
HOPE STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS GET INVOLVED IN THIS CONSUMER FRAUD FROM WHOLESALE FACTORY.

Hi....if you charged the purchase to your credit card. Contact them to dispute the charges. Keep all your email contacts as evidence. You won't lose your money!
