WINN RESIDENTIAL Courtyard Plaza Apts Beware of theft, assualt. sexual harassment and racial harassment. BOSTON, Massachusetts

Winn Residential is a large scale apt complex owner which allows its staff to assualt minors, to steal and destroy personal property and to use racially derogatory language to tenants. We and other tenants have suffered the abuses for years in some cases and the corporate office refuses to assist us.

Recently my minor child was verbally sexually assualted and the manager laughed and said we should be use to this because of our ethnic makeup.The managers even go to different tenants to cause conflict between the residents.They even go as far as to use racially demeaning term when discussing minorities with other tenants.

Our residence has been entered several times and cash and property has been taken/ stolen.We cant get repairs made as other tenants do and we dont have safety equipment afforded to us as other tenants do.

The corporate headquarters is aware of these issues and refuses to adress them. We have contacted them over 10 times by email,fax and phone calls.We have even contacted the corporate president,the CEO and the Chairman of the Board to no avail.I was even told by an executive secretary that minorities make to many complaints and not to expect any response..
