1) Bought a certificate for for a computer that they advertised as New Out Of The Box,( I was also reassured they were new when I arrived to pick up the certificate) only to find out it was for a recycled p.c. that wasn't even availabe. I met 2 other people that heard the same thing and the man who was recycling the pc's had 3 people the same day I went in say they were told it was a New Out Of the Box Computer they had purchased.Station Manager Greg,said the guy that did the show on Monday Feb.11,2013 "has been working here for years" and he is sure he didnt say that they were new.Well several people heard the same thing. 2) I was told the computer would be available on Thursday Feb.14,2013...Not even close, as far as I know it's still not availabe...

WJXR has a longtime sponsor called Recycling Escrap that is currently selling reconditioned desktops, complete with flat screen monitor for $99. They sell dozens each week and they are clearly announced as reconditioned. If they were doing new desktop packages with flat screen monitors for $99, police would be directing traffic at their store! If someone misunderstood the announcement, all they need to do is come see us for a full refund. To date, no one has done this. WJXR prides itself on 100% customer satisfaction as the other happy endings on this page indicate. If this is a serious customer and not a prank, all they need to do is come forward. Remember, the best deals and the best service in the Jacksonville area for over 28 years...only on 92.1 FM WJXR> Thousands of deals day and night...listen for yourself!
