WLI*RESERVATIONREWARDS.CO ripoff, fraudulent billing Internet

I have been getting a $9.00 charge on my credit card statement every month going on 6 months now, and each time I see it, I dispute it with my credit card company and my account gets credited properly. However, I have no clue how this company even got my name much less my credit card information and I continue to keep getting billed.

Because I did not open up this account, I have not attempted on my own to contact them; I assume my credit card company or my bank institution has been doing that since I keep getting credited.

Something needs to be done to prevent ripoff companies from gaining access to your personal information. I hope you can help. Thank you,
