He claims to enroll you in a training program for licences but it is a fake school that he created along with fake news report to make people think it is real. He is not ISO certified and makes everyone pay 2,000 dollars for licenses but in reality it is just a pyramid scheme.
He pays 250 for each person you recruit and keeps the rest of the money for himself. He does not have the licenses to teach, or do any kind of business.
Stay away or contact the authority if anyone gives a job offer for their company. I was scammed along with many others who are trying to fight for justice. His partners in crime are Frank and Diana Lovera.. watch out!
