The iFriends account was created by someone who had complete knowledge of Renae's personal information, including her credit card number, billing address, and email address. This person created a VIP membership, which resulted in Renae being charged a monthly fee of $6.95. As mentioned above, we have refunded those charges.
Each time we sent a charge to Renae's credit card, we also included a telephone number -- toll-free from Australia -- so that she could have immediately accessible contact information. In addition, we also provide a link to email and telephone contact information on every page of our website, and we provide toll-free telephone numbers for more than 30 countries (including Australia). Despite this, Renae chose not to contact us until just this week. Had she contacted us at any time in the past, we would have been happy to immediately refund the charges and cancel the account, as we have now done.
If Renae has any further questions or concerns, we strongly encourage her to contact our Customer Care Department, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by calling 0011-800-4374-3637 (a toll-free call from Australia).
