This company has taken money out of my bank account without any permission from me. I have never used the services of this company. Also the money they took need to be converted as it is an overseas company therefore my bank charged me a conversion fee. I am only 19 and paying a mortgage on a minimum wage whicch means I was left short of my repayment and had to borrow money from family to be able to afford to live I still have not been able to repay them and now it's christmas this company has ruined my life and turned everything upside down. The only contact number I have been able to find is an overseas number with no country or area code and as I have no idea who this company is besides the name on my bank statement I have no way to get this sorted not that i should have to be doing this. This company has nothing but the same feedback all over the internet and should wake up and stop cheatsaking and messing up peoples life they have cost me a fortune in interest and not the mention the mentel effect on my life.

Using the information provided on RipOffReport by Renae, we located her account with iFriends. A short time after Renae wrote the above complaint, she contacted our Customer Care department. She requested that her account be closed. A Customer Care representative closed the account and provided her with a cancellation number. At Renae's request, the representative also refunded the charges mentioned in her complaint. Renae should see these charges refunded to her account within the next 5 to 7 business days.

The iFriends account was created by someone who had complete knowledge of Renae's personal information, including her credit card number, billing address, and email address. This person created a VIP membership, which resulted in Renae being charged a monthly fee of $6.95. As mentioned above, we have refunded those charges.

Each time we sent a charge to Renae's credit card, we also included a telephone number -- toll-free from Australia -- so that she could have immediately accessible contact information. In addition, we also provide a link to email and telephone contact information on every page of our website, and we provide toll-free telephone numbers for more than 30 countries (including Australia). Despite this, Renae chose not to contact us until just this week. Had she contacted us at any time in the past, we would have been happy to immediately refund the charges and cancel the account, as we have now done.

If Renae has any further questions or concerns, we strongly encourage her to contact our Customer Care Department, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by calling 0011-800-4374-3637 (a toll-free call from Australia).
