I was contacted by my bank about some charges to my account that they had questions about. I did not recognize these charges and did not authorize them.
The bank has stopped use of my bank card, therefore limiting the use of my account. I am needing to pay bills, and because of this, I can't do that.
I am out of approximately $285 because someone has used my bank card numbers to "enjoy" themselves to my expense.
I have contacted iFriends about this. Their reply........we can't do anything without a police report. What kind of junk is this?

We apologize for any misunderstanding or mishandling that occurred when Randy called our Customer Care department. We appreciate him contacting us directly to address this matter.

At the time of Randy's call, the accounts were closed and all of Randy's personal information was blocked. All of the charges that were billed to him have been refunded.

We take very seriously any claim of credit card fraud or identity theft. We work closely with law enforcement officials to track down and prosecute those who misuse credit card or other personal information. To do this, however, the person whose identity and/or information was compromised must file a police report. Once this is received, we will be able to share account and usage information with the police to aid them in their investigation.

We strongly encourage Randy to file a police report and take other steps to protect his identity. Randy can reach us by calling 1-800-243-97926 and asking to speak to a supervisor. Representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
