I sent an email on 19th Feb, 2013, again on 20/02/2013 at 11am and again at 3pm asking as to the whereabouts of my goods and expected delivery date, to which I received no response.
I telephoned the number on the website am on 21/02/2013 and twice again on 22/02/13, on all occasions telephone rang once and then went to engaged tone????
Credit card payment was deducted from my account on 9/02/13 (same day as I ordered)
Having received neither response to emails and unable to contact WSN by telephone, I then telephoned "Thane", who are the manufacturer of this product, to ask them if they recognised this company, and to make them aware that this fantastic product of theirs, one of which I already own is being hawked by some unscrupulous company on the Internet. Their response was to ask me if I would like to order another one directly from them
