He owes nearly 1 million in money from falst investment scams first starting with his fake Maurice deal, then the city waste scam using anthony soave as a name to get ppl to invest in city waste which did not happen, he took the money and used for personal debts and gambling activities. he connned every person involved in his sons hockey activites, billy jr, formerly of detroit redwings jr team and the dayton bombers. he c ontinues to run new scames by getting you to fork over money and will NOT pay you back. he will used collateral that IS NOT HIS and get u to sign forms and screw you out of money. he was fired from city waste and wasteco, former garbage companies he used venders and people to give him money and never paid them back to which he bought his family gifts and spent on anything they wanted, cars, vacations etc. He now runs a company with his  son BILLY JR  and his wife LYNN K MCCAULEY . aka Key waste and WTI mgmt. they will run up bills owed to you on everything then stiff you. they will always say we will pay but never do there are over 25 lawusits in teh city of warren, and local courts dating back over 20 years to current against bill and his con artist wife lynn. they will lie and manipulate you and play dumb. Currently they owe the city of riverview 250,000 dollars for costs incurred by bill in dumping his companies waste (from key waste) dumpster company fees, they are now dumping in hamtramck at forest recycling.
