The ad completely mislead the reader, because what they really offer is a transfer of money service not a credit card service.
They charged to my checking account $49.95 for a membership. The membership fee is only to enter to a website. I applied on 04/19/03. On 05/08/03 I called them at 1-800-717-7476 to ask for a refund. They said that no refund would be honor due to a misunderstanding.
WTS banking become richer by ripping-off people.
