I am being charged 23.80AUD for comprehensive wt loss ebook which i did not sign for. I returned the WU YI tea as I did not like it and got a full refund from them, but I am being charged 23.80AUD for the ebook and magazine which I have not even seen as yet. This is a complete rip off. The toll free number is not toll free for me and I get charged ISD call rates to get in touch with them which is like going on a merry go round.
My bank says that I will have to contact them as i have seemingly agreed to their terms whilst signing on for WU YI.
This is like daylight robbery. Please help!!
