I received an introductory shipment of teabags and in less than 10 days later a large shipment was received. I emailed them on 25 Feb 08, telling them not to send anymore that I hadn't used what was sent. I told them not to send anymore until I notified them. I've been charged $19.95 on my March and April monthly MC statements under the heading of "Living Lean". I called them and couldn't understand what the person was saying that I spoke to but I informed her not to charge my charge card anymore and that I had cancelled my order in February. I don't know if she understood or not but I've been ripped off $40.00. I can't cancel the charges on my credit card because I can't understand those people either. What a mess.
