after receiving my first shipment of tea i decided that i did not like the taste.i sent an e-mail asking that any further shipments be canceled.i knew that i still had to honor the agreement.

when i continued to receive shipments and charged,i contacted Wu-YI.i was told that they never received any request. this was done by e-mail. i was assured the problem would be taken care of.

i am also still being charged for Living Lean.


please help
