on 1-10-07 our agreement with wwv marketing to sell our property in hawaiii costing us to pay $999.00 with wwv having 1 year to sell our property started with calls several times during the year with a tommy wells saying several events in the daytona area would be taking place and the propery would likely sell having documented finding of calls as well as our cancelled check of wwv cashing the check. called in dec as the time was coming to a end this time i got a recording of no# being disconnected became concerned at that time we went to daytona and found out the address was a ups store with mail boxes used we them took legal action going to the chamber of commerence to see if they could help us or give us some direction of who to contact they said this company was not there for 6 months and linda baker of the chamber said she had heard they were opening in another state thinking it was said in georgia and then gave us address of 2 resourses we could hopfully help us we contacted florida dept of agriculture&consumer services talked to hilda hines and she lead us to making contact to attorney gereral of florida bill mcollum with again coming to a dead end but did say to make contact with your ripoff report i did go to wev sites seeing we are not the only one these people are cheating people and we can't let them open in other states doing the same thing help us!
