it off early and cant get the title.
ased a 1998 nissian altima on a fife year lone. We paid the vehicle off three mounths early. sence then we have been trying to get the title from Wachovia dealer services, but keep getting the same thing that its in the mail then they recieved it back and will remail it. this has been going on sence it was paid off. there was a over payment made on the account and We have got our refund check ,but still no title. can you help? we have over ninteen thousand dollars in this car with the finance charges. just didnt know were else to turn. Thanks for your time. a copy of this letter will be sent to the better buissness ,and the ohio atterney general as well as wachovia.A copy has already been sent to the trouble shooter howard ain from the local news ,and this what he suggest for me to do.
