I have discussed my concerns at length w/ dr jennifer waddell.

she has until friday december 30 to refund my money. A resolution will be posted at that time.

If not resolved then Furhter postings regarding the details of my experience will be posted

Service Levels vs.Business Practices

The complaint didn't appear to be so much about the level of care provided, but more about Waddell Wellness' business practice of not providing refunds in a timely manner.  And in the consumer complaint world, one complaint typically means there are at least 10 to 20 (or more) similar complaints where frustrated consumers just walked away and never filed anything publicly.

It's one thing to be a great doctor, professional, courteous and charming.  It's another to have business practices that cause patients to get so frustrated, that they actually take the time to go online and seek out a Ripoff Report website so that they can bring their complaint to the public - which in this case, appears to have forced a resolution.

This site worked, and did exactly what it was intended to do - helped resolve a dispute somewhat quietly before things got way out of hand.

Great Facility and Great People

Although I don't know the details of your complaint here, but I do know that posting on a message board about Waddell Wellness being a scam is ridiculous. I moved to California from IL back in July of 2011 and the first week I was here I got staph infection and was hospitalized for 4 weeks. After about four months of challenges mentally, physically, and emotionally I sought to find a wellness clinic that got me back on track with my health. I had a checked out a few other wellness centers in the area and Waddell was my last stop. I was in a very fragile state with my health and so this decision to see someone that could understand some of my issues like anxiety, lack of sleep, and overall health was paramount to my recovery. I went in for an initial consultation with Dr. Scott and we discussed areas where they could and couldnt help me. I have now been with them for about three months and I can say this is by far one of the best places I have been too. There is something much greater at work at Waddell then just Chiropractic and Wellness care ...it is their interest in my recovery. They are very considerate and very concerned about my well being. I am a paying customer there, but they have done wonders for my return back to life. I owe them alot of gratitude because of their proactive role in helping me achieve my goals. I get very upset when I see posts like this. I actually found this post because I was trying to find a way to post a comment about how well they have taken care of me. Like I said I don't know what your issue is or was, but I do know that these folks are about as genuine of people I have come across in a long time. I am a small business owner myself and like Waddell I make it a practice to provide my customers with the best service they can have for their money. You cannot please everyone all the time, but you hope that those that are unhappy don't try to destroy your business in the process. We are all human beings here and if it wasn't for people Dr.Scott and Dr. Jennifer I don't know that I would be physically, mentally, or emotionally able to be where I am at today.
