On or about October 8 I received a phone call stating that  I won a $100 gift card to Wal-mart.   I was told that I would receive an e-mail and that I could print out the coupon to use. Tried to contact the company but could not find the information. I need to stop them from taking $39 dollars  out of my account every month. Can someone please help me?

They ribbed me off too

AUTHOR: Sandpearl - ()

I had exactly the same experience with them. Never got any of the cards they said they were going to send me. When I looked at their website I realized there was nothing there I was really interested in and certainly not for what they were going to charge each month. I did find a place to contact the company and they sent me an e-mail on April 12 as follows:

Dear Customer,

We value every customer of our company. Actually we are going to refund all charges in your credit card. In order for you to be Refunded immediately, please fill up the form honestly and use the information exactly as what you have used when you register in Wakanetwork.com. We are sorry for the Inconvenience we have caused earlier. For your REFUND, please proceed to our Refund Website:

Waka Network Refund Team

However, the form that is on that page asks for your Social Security number along with your birthdate. I am not about to give that information to anyone. At that point all I was out was 2.99.

So, I sent them an e-mail saying that I was not going to fill out the form, that they coulld keep the 2.99, just don't put any further charges on my card.

Today I got a seccond e-mail from them:

We eagerly want to refund you. As of the moment you are now the only customer who was not refunded. This is because our system keep on declining your card. If you have another card please send us the information so we can send now your refund.
Needless to say, I have not given them another credit card nor do I intend to. While I don't recommend you fill out the Refund Form, here is the e-mail address I've been using to correspond with them:
Hope that helps some.
