I waited 2 day and no email was received. I say a pdf document on there page for a $10.00 gift card that take 3-5 weeks to get here. I called there customer services and was advised that the $2.99 was a processing fee can cannot be refunded to me. I was so annoyed I had to find a way to let others people know look out for these people they are rip off artis
