I shaquana spencer is requesting an adjustment on my account due to myself calling in for my 2nd line to be suspended and unfortunetly then dudnt suspend the line until june 29th 2014 .i have a bill thats 91.13 tgat i shouldnt be responsible for.i would really appreciate it if you would take care of the situation so that i coud pay my current bill and move on with my life, thanks for listening.
