Wal-mart Supercenter - Ilo Tv Company hundreds maybe thousands of people with the same problems with thier ilo tvs New Boston Texas

ok there are several sites with the ilo tv problems. go to www.ask.com, type in ilo tv problems. it will pull up several sites with people needing help with this same situation. i bought a tv from wal-mart it was a 32inch flat screen ilo tv. you have a warranty with the manufactuer, or so you think. wal-mart told me out of thier own mouth that they werent dealing with ilo and ilo wasnt dealing with them.

they were going to give me an exchange, then they told me no after i had the other tv in the cart at the exchange desk. i had already researched this problem on the internet when mines went out. it is stuck on channel 6 and nothing with work with the remote or doing it manually. wal-mart knew these tvs were doing this and sold them anyways. when i called the customer support number at ilo they told me to deal with wal-mart, wal-mart then told me to deal with ilo.

so i explained this to the woman on the customer service line at ilo, i told her anout the hundreds of people with the same exact problem, and how they were done and treated by ilo and wal-mart. she told me to call back and get an ra# and they would deal with it. i called to get it, she told me they dont fix them and she hasnt heard of this problem, which wal-mart told me the first time i called them.

then she said i could take it to a tv repair and let them contact them to get parts and me to pay for labor and stuff to the tv repair. why should i pay anything my tv isnt but 10 months old. and there doing it to people everywhere, wal-mart is selling out all their ilo tvs and not messing with any returns from ilo. it is wal-marts responsibility to fix this and ilo's. both should do somehting, these tvs should have been recalled a long time ago, and they both know this.

i paid 700+ dollars for my tv. the store i bought my tv from shut down. so i took it to another wal-mart. i called 4 other wal-marts to try and resolve this issue since ilos wasnt going to do this. they all told me the same thing its not their problem. its a flaw in the tv, its not the consumers fault. i dont know if i can do it but im very temted to file a report in the newspaper of whats going on, but im not sure if this is ok to do. what makes me mad is alls i wanted was another tv or mine fixed right, but noone wants to do this.

plus on top of that the woman i talked to at ilo told me at first they dont fix them, then the next time i talked to her she told me i could get a ra# and ship it to them and id have to pay them a hundred dollard to get it fixed. thats bullcrap. wal-mart should be sued in a classaction suit against everyone this has happened to. and ilo also. but if everyone like me they thought they were doing good to even afford a flat screen tv, and now look what happened to my hard eaned money. small people always get messed over by wal-mart and big companies with money, and theres nothing we can do but type sites and talk about what should be done cause we cant afford lawyers, and if we could it would cost more than what the tv would cost, so why not just go buy a new onw, and ilo and wal-mart both know this.

so i hope yall can look up those sites on the internet and get in touch with those people with the same horror stories as mine. it makes me sick and will never do buisness with wal-mart ever again. and i promise that.
