ok honestly what the HELL is wrong with thsi horrible company and the imbecilic trash that always seems to work there. It seems u can't GO to wal-mart without having just a bad experience....i am SO sick of this place.. I like so many others im sure have had numerous BAD experiences there...simply because the hideous idiots that work there are jsut so rude and pathetic they have to stalk or not treat customers so well. I had a bad experience at the wal mart on east colonial drive. Mistreated at the auto center, they literally stole 10.00 from me, stressed me out intentionally, lied to me, charged my credit card without my approval which is FRAUD, refused to refund me that, took extra long with me on purpose to witness me upset and stressed out and treated me terribly. I got o the neighborhood market wal-mart on alafaya trail. First off, im ripped off by some low life hispanic b*tch that works there weeks ago who refuses to refund me something, and acts liek she's doing me a favor--so stupid and rude. She almost stalks me everytime i go in there and i am totally so sick of it...i need a stick to get these creeps away from me. I go into wal-mart today some white trash b*tch follows me to the back. The moment she notices me going into a certain aisle, she decides THATS the aisle she's going to start working in--non-stop and wouldn't leave. She noticed me angrily trying to walk away from her stupid self...and she stayed there.. so i left for 10 mins, only to come back and she was GONE again..surprise there.. then the moment i went back there-- there she was--the psycho reappeared following me BACK to the same aisle and grinning. So I grabbed my item and left lest i be stalked by the pathetic lunatics that work at that place. As I checked out-- it was the same hispanic *tch who is there as usual standing in my way AGAIN.. she can't seem to leave me the heck alone. How do yuo get these low class creeps to stay away from you-- there seems to be no peace at this horrible store...with these stupid sick employees there-- not all of them...the check out person was very nice along with others-- it's just some of the rude obnoxious female employees there that just seem to not be able to keep to themselves and have to hassle customers and not let them buy things and get in their way.. get a life you stupid creeps at wal-mart....i am so tired of your sh*tty employees bnothering customers or doing stupid things to them....

I'm not gonna accuse you of being an employee, Clifford, because I am one myself. But we have to look at some issues here...

1. You're in Florida, an area heavily populated with Mexicans, Cubans, Puerto Ricans, and African Americans. You have to expect that most, if not all, of the employees in your Wal-Mart will fall within the minority catagory.

2. Respect for the Individual is aimed from Employee to Employee. What you're looking for is "Service to the Customer.", the second key philosophy The customer should be helped upon eye contact. The way my store talks about it, if you make eye contact with a customer, drop everything and go help them, for pete's sakes.

3. If you feel like you are being followed, you need to tell a Salaried Member of Management. Make sure you get the associate's name of their name badge and their position. Generally, this will be the area they start "working" while they're around you.

4. Simply ask the associate for help... I know it's a long shot, but if you give them a great big smile, that will (surprisingly) annoy the crap out of them.

Trust me, I know... I'm telling you all this because when I shop at other Wal-Mart's I tend to have the same problems. It's usually when I flash my badge with a Customer Service Manager position identifier or my discount card that they back off. And trust me, I take those tools with me, even if I'm not in my OWN Wal-Mart. Thanks for listening :)

I have never had a problem with a Wal Mart employee. But then I don't go in with an attitude and a chip on my shoulder.

The customers, now that's another story and the OP is a perfect example of what I'm talking about.

Wow! Please go somewhere else. Please!

I'm sure the next post will accuse me of working for WalMart LOL. the responses here are pretty darn predictable.

You are kind of general in your complaint. How did the auto center mistreat you? Why did they charge an extra 10 dollars on your credit card?
What reason would this employee have to follow you around??

Brittany, I am concerned that you would stoop to the level of the person initially filing this nonsensical and offensive complaint on ROR.

Is it not true that your company has an Ethics Policy and also has stated their core values in the Three Basic Beliefs and Values? Please refer to these in your employee handbook or on your company's intranet - or ask any leader in your organization for same if you are unsure of them or how to locate them. I found them on an external website that is open to the public - (((link redacted)))

I believe the first of the Three Basic Beliefs and Values states Respect for the Individual. This means even respecting that others have the right to voice their complaints (even when done in an offensive manner, and even when we don't agree with them, or even personal attacks), and this also includes those who may be too ignorant to make a complaint in anything other than offensive and foul language, and someone who obviously has a personal vendetta against the world.

You had the leadership to want to defend those who are innocent, just extend your leadership by not stooping to the level of the offender by utilizing the same, offensive and foul methodology.

As for the initial reporter, the solution is to simply vote with your dollars by staying out of businesses where you do not feel welcome or where you do not care for their business practices. Also, when filing a complaint, utilize some common sense and decency and do it with facts - otherwise you come across as someone that doesn't have a legitimate complaint that can be taken seriously or that is actionable.

WOW alice you are racist and ignorant. i assure you wal-mart employees have much better things to do than bother a rich little white brat like you, who obviously has some entitlement issues. you really are full of yourself aren't you.

a- Not all employees of wal-mart are l,osers. some people just need the money badly enough to work for them. i hate working for wal-mart but i need to pay the bills.

b- The only people aho base their judgments of others on a percieved idea of their income or "class" are those who either have too much of the former or far far too little of the latter. you call others low class... how very classy of you.

c- very mature with the name calling. idiot, imbecile, white trash, hispanic b*tch, psycho, creeps.... wow sounds like you are all of the above. and low class too. all i can say is wow!
