Wal-mart's my family mobile cellular services is a total rip off.  Approximately two weeks of using the phone I had to return it to the company because it was defective and it took 2.5 weeks before I received the exchange - The representative told me that I would be credited the time lost from not using the phone.  However, Approximately 2 weeks after receiving the exchange, the services were suspended.  Called customer service and they stated that they do not give credit for time loss and I should have made arrangements with customer relations about that. 

Ask for a number to customer relations - there is no number to customer relations you have to e-mail them.  When  e-mailed customer relations about the situation I got an automated reply that I would be contacted within five business days.   My family mobile is a bogus mess and if wal-mart wants to keep the good relationship with customers they may want to discontinue endorsing this company by attaching it to Wal-mart.  My family mobile gives other companies a bad name.  I am awfully dissatisfied with their services.
