WalMart/Ematic Ematic Android Pads are a total ripoff! Internet

Just purchased an eMatic 10" Android Tablet for my wife for Christmas.  It is a totally useless item unless the owner becomes an expert in 'breaking' the device's 'code' by performing something called, "root" -ing the device, (logging in with the 'root' account as in the root [administrative] account for unix operating systems...  Anyway, there is no such thing as a working 'app' store for these pads and Walmart knows this, yet continues to sell the item.  As a stand-alone unit, it is capable of playing the free version of Angry Birds, and has email capabilities.  BUT, if the owner, (like most people), wants to customize this device with applications, then they are clearly out of luck!  After repeated and failed tries in creating a new account within the 'Ematic App Store" I discovered that there simply are NO APPS for this device that can be acquired without doing something illegal to the device!

This incident, and similar ones will be reported to local news agencies, and any government agency that will listen.  Frankly, I'm quite surprised that WalMart, with it's somewhat clean image, is willing to sell this product to unsuspecting customers!  It's a disgrace that we as Americans, have let our standards degrade to the point that we accept the crap that comes from China anyway!  This is a prime example of the Chinese, (and American!) levels of greed are just taking us to the cleaners, making us pay for products that they know will never work as advertised on the web site!  If WalMart stands by their implied, '100% Customer Satisfaction" policy, then I will be able to return it to the store and get a complete refund.  If not, then 'hear me roar"!!!!!
