Walkfit Platinum, LLC Overcharged for s & H, tried to charge to credit card again, found out of date Hollywood Or Torrence Or Rancho Cucamonga, California

I purchased a set of Walkfit Platinum inserts via telephone, (1-877-264-9243) on January 12, 2009 with my Visa card, which was charged $59.19. Authorization #6673. Also, I received two sets of platinum cushions at $14.95 each, which I didn't order, as well as a bottle of lotion for $19.95, which was not ordered by me. When I received the merchandise, the bill noted that there was a balance due for $37.80 for shipping and handling, and I called and said that it was too much for shipping and I refused to pay this exorbitant amount because the package didn't weigh more than 3 Lbs. Additionally, the bill stated that the company would be sending more merchandise every month and I did state that I didn't want this to happen, had a call from Neil today (3/20/09) at 8:29 am, that I still owed for the S & H charges and my credit card dates had expired so they couldn't charge me, and I refused to pay this and was told that it would be sent to collections.

Lucky me, the card actually did expire in Feb. 09! Sorry I didn't check with Ripoff Report first! Never again will I buy anything without checking with you!
