Walkfit Platinum, LLC sylmark.com not keeping up to words and terms of sale, fraud in mail & return of product items, not putting company name and disclosing address Lake Balboa, California

I navigated to Walkfit Platinum website (sylmark.com) and it takes your info before you place and confirm an order. Without finishing my order, I existed from website. I placed an order by phone knowing that I can return within 30 days. I called and cancelled all the ordred when I recieved multiple orders, even those that I did not place.

1. I called and asked to cancell the orders. Customer service said they will send me return labels so that I did not have to pay anything at post office. How nice.

2. I recieved the return labels (scam scam) and I followed the instruction on the return labels and mailed them at their expense. Post office can not provide tracking number and proof of mail to you since Walkfit platinum is paying via return label.

3. On the return label there was no tracking # either.

4. I did not get any credit back, when I called Walkfit Platinum, and followed up, the cs said, hold on (2 seconds ...) and returned and said we have not got it back. Does not seem you have returned it. Seemed like a plan....

I looked at their correspondence ..email were coming from sylmark.com and website was at walkfitplatinum.com where no address (no real address) is posted on walkfitplatinum.com, no company info either. I looked at internet registration for Walkfitplatinum and learned it is registerd by sylmark Group, however the sylmark is the same as walkfitplatinum, in fact walkfit platinum is the website and name for sylmark. They have not even posted real company name on walkfitplatinum.com.

To summarize all and put it in one line - WalkfitPlatinum says : order, you can return it, you return at our expense and instructions, We send you return labels, then we never get the returned order and your money stays with us. what  a fraud.
