Wall To Wall Drywall - Chad Scott Owner Incompetent Sheetrocker that don't honor their warranty, ripoff Sauk Rapids Minnesota

We hired Wall-to-Wall Drywall to sheet-rock our basement. After the job was completed, we noticed a seam didn't have sufficient mud to ensure the tape stuck to the seam. We called 5 times before getting a return call. We were then instructed they were very busy and they may not come back for a few weeks. We had to call for about 2 months before they finally came back.

When they returned, they simply retextured the seam. This was absolutely worthless. We called them again. After another 4 phone calls, the owner called back to report they came out once and that was it. I explained they never even attempted to fix the problem even after they explained the work came with a one-year warranty.

We now must pay another contractor to fix their poor workmanship.
